  • To develop outstanding brand strategy based on detailed insights from consumers, customers and the business needs
  • To develop annual plans for brand aligned to the strategic plan

  • Develop sales forecast for 1 and 3-5 year
  • To deliver and optimize initiatives in each market channels

Skills & experience required for successful candidate:

  • Can demonstrate values of RG Brands to demonstrate fit to the company
  • Tertiary Qualified, preferably MBA
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing (brand management, consumer insight, execution) and sales (retail, channel, achieving sales targets) in FMCG (with at least 2 years in a company with direct responsibility for production)
  • Project management
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Demonstrable high level analytical and budget management    skills
  • Economic knowledge viz. budgeting, finance management, cost efficiency
  • Strategy thinking
  • Proactive doer who is more than willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done
  • English (at least pre-intermediate) but fluency is an advantage
